Look inside
From one dad to another
"You don't have to be perfect, and you don't have to see your kid every day to be a great dad. Everything in the Dad Rules is something I actually did with my daughter, learned the hard way, and kept because it worked. Cover your bases, keep it simple, and keep showing up."
D. Judo, dad, RastaCamp
Questions
Is this a printed book?
It's a printable PDF: print the pages you need, or read it on your phone. A paperback version is planned.
Is it only for brand-new dads?
The first half follows the baby's first year; the Dad Rules, co-parenting page and printables are for the toddler and kid years too.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's practical help from one parent to another. Health guidance follows standard pediatric advice, and it always sends you to your pediatrician first.
Does it work for dads who don't live with their kids?
Yes. There's a whole page on co-parenting and making the time you have count.
